How to use

  1. Install the Easy Sell Auto Chrome extension from the Chrome Web Store.
  2. Open the extension side panel and paste the rep API key your manager sent you.
  3. Vehicles from your dealership's inventory appear in the queue. Click Post on one to hand it off to Facebook Marketplace.
  4. The extension opens the Marketplace create form and prefills everything — year, make, model, price, photos, description. Review it.
  5. Click Publish on Facebook. When your listing is live, come back to the extension and hit Mark Posted.

Troubleshooting

The extension says "invalid API key"
Double-check the key you pasted. Keys start with esa_live_. Ask your manager to rotate the key from the admin dashboard if you still can't connect.
No vehicles are showing up in my queue
Click Refresh at the bottom of the extension. If the list is still empty, your dealership's inventory hasn't finished syncing yet — it runs every 30 minutes.
Facebook says I need to sign in
The extension can only prefill once you're signed into Facebook. Open facebook.com in the same browser, sign in, then try again.
A field didn't get filled in
Not every Facebook Marketplace field maps cleanly to dealer inventory. Fill in what's missing manually before clicking Publish. If the same field is always missing, let us know.
My photos aren't uploading
Some dealer website images are blocked by a CDN. The extension retries a few times — if it still fails, try the listing again later, or upload photos manually on Facebook before publishing.
